Advanced Motion Controls – MicroE offers high resolution encoders for linear and rotary applications. The linear encoders are offered with resolutions from 5 microns down to 1.22 nm and can work either with glass scales or steel tape. Vacuum compatible versions are also available. Integral home and limit switches are also available.

The rotary versions use the same sensors as the linear, but incorporate glass disks that have resolutions up to 500 million counts per rev.
